Market Fair Vendor Agreement

This agreement governs participation in Qáràkátà Market Fairs.
1. Stall Allocation
Stalls are allocated upon:
Application approval
Payment confirmation
Stall numbers are limited and curated.
2. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must:
Arrive during designated setup times
Present stalls professionally
Comply with venue safety rules
Follow fire and electrical safety regulations
Provide public liability insurance (where required)
3. Payments & Refunds
Stall fees are non-refundable unless:
The event is cancelled by Qáràkátà
Exceptional circumstances apply
4. Health & Safety
Food vendors must comply with:
Food hygiene regulations
Allergen disclosure requirements
Environmental health standards
Qáràkátà reserves the right to remove non-compliant vendors.
5. Liability
Vendors are responsible for:
Their equipment
Their products
Their staff
Qáràkátà is not liable for theft, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
