Qáràkátà operates as a multi-vendor marketplace.

Each vendor may operate their own return policy in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Customer Rights

Under UK law, customers generally have:

  • 14 days to cancel eligible online purchases

  • The right to receive goods as described

Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalised items) may be exempt.


2. Returns Process

Customers must:

  • Contact the vendor directly via their store page

  • Follow vendor-specific return instructions

Qáràkátà may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds beyond legal obligations.


3. Faulty Goods
