Darling Buds of Spring
Darling Buds of Spring launches the 2026 Qarakata Market Fair Series with a curated community marketplace designed to spotlight emerging brands and creative entrepreneurs.
Spring dress code: soft spring colours & florals (optional but encouraged).
The Qarakata Market Fair is a quarterly community marketplace created to support and showcase small businesses within our community.
Spring is a season of growth, and so are small businesses.
Our April edition, Darling Buds of Spring, marks the beginning of our 2026 market series — a celebration of growth, entrepreneurship, and new opportunities.
Taking place on Saturday 4 April 2026, this event brings together emerging brands and established small businesses in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Easter Egg Hunt – Family Highlight
As part of our Darling Buds of Spring celebration, we are hosting a fun and organised Easter Egg Hunt for children.
Timed sessions will take place during the afternoon, grouped by age to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
How It Works
- Children will be grouped by age category
- Each group will have a timed egg hunt session
- Individually wrapped chocolate eggs will be placed in a designated area
- Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times
Why We Included It
The Easter Egg Hunt is designed to:
- Encourage family participation
- Create memorable moments

- Add a joyful seasonal element to the marketplace
Allergy Notice: Eggs will be individually wrapped. Parents are responsible for checking ingredients.
