Venue Setup & Stall Pricing

Our market fairs take place across different venues, so setup conditions can vary from one event to another. Below is an overview of our current venue formats and the standard stall pricing used for market fair applications.

Goodmayes Methodist Church

This is our indoor event format and was used for our April fair. It is also likely to be used for the December event.

Goals, Dagenham

This is our summer event format and offers a mix of indoor and outdoor trading space, with the main vendor arena located on the pitch.

  • Mixed indoor and outdoor event format
  • Vendors are allocated spaces for 3x3 gazebos
  • Vendors provide their own tables and chairs
  • Electricity is available where needed, but vendors must bring their own extension leads
  • Indoor spaces are limited
  • Total vendor capacity is approximately 40 spaces

Applies to most product-based and service-based vendors trading at our market fairs, subject to suitability, category fit, and space availability.

Applies to approved food vendors. Food spaces are limited and subject to venue suitability, event requirements, and compliance checks.

Please note: Venue format, available space, and setup requirements may vary depending on the event. Outdoor vendors should be prepared to bring their own gazebo, tables, chairs, and any required extension leads where applicable. Final event-specific details will always be confirmed on the relevant event page and during the application process.

Please note: Food and drink vendors may be accepted for selected events only and are assessed separately depending on the venue, event format, and available space. We prioritise quality, presentation, relevance, and a balanced mix of vendors and service providers across the platform and our market fairs.

Online Marketplace Listing & Selling Terms

Qarakata also operates as an online marketplace, giving vendors the opportunity to sell their products beyond physical events. Below are the key terms for listing and selling on the platform.

This section applies only to vendors selling products on Qarakata.com. It does not apply to market fair (event) trading. Commission is charged on online sales only.

Free to List

There is no fee to list your products on Qarakata. You can create and manage your own listings or request support if you need help getting started.

Product Limits

Vendors can list up to 20 products. Each product listing can include up to 5 images to maintain quality and consistency across the platform.

💳

Commission

A 20% commission is applied to all successful online sales. This includes payment processing fees via Stripe.

Please note: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. Qarakata reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings to maintain quality and consistency across the platform.
