These Seller Terms apply to all vendors using Qáràkátà, a trading name of Netzalive Group Ltd (Company No. 15943003).
By registering as a vendor on Qáràkátà, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
To sell on Qáràkátà, you must:
Be legally entitled to trade in the UK (or your jurisdiction)
Provide accurate business information
Complete identity verification (if requested)
Qáràkátà reserves the right to approve or decline vendor applications.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Product quality and safety
Accurate product descriptions
Pricing
Stock levels
Order fulfilment
Customer service
Tax compliance
Compliance with consumer protection laws
Qáràkátà acts only as a marketplace intermediary.
3. Fees & Payments
Vendors agree to:
Pay applicable platform fees
Accept payment processing via approved gateways
Not bypass the platform to complete transactions
Payouts are processed according to the marketplace payout schedule.
4. Prohibited Products
Vendors may not list:
Illegal products
Counterfeit goods
Dangerous or regulated items without proper licensing
Any items that breach UK law
Qáràkátà may remove listings at its discretion.
5. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must:
Communicate professionally
Fulfil orders promptly
Not engage in fraudulent activity
Maintain valid public liability insurance (for events)
Repeated complaints may result in suspension or removal.
6. Marketing Licence
By listing products, vendors grant Qáràkátà a non-exclusive licence to:
Use product images
Use brand names
Promote products across social media and marketing channels
Ownership remains with the vendor.
7. Termination
Qáràkátà may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
Breach of terms
Fraudulent activity
Repeated customer complaints
Legal non-compliance
8. Liability
Vendors agree to indemnify Qáràkátà against claims arising from:
Product defects
Misrepresentation
Legal breaches
